I'm a partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), where I invest in companies that support American Dynamism.
I mostly work with companies building technologies like autonomy, robotics, and physical AI, as well as those in critical industries like manufacturing, industrials, and physical infrastructure. I am broadly interested in frontier technology, markets, and culture. I also helped start and run our American Dynamism engineering fellows program.
Before a16z, I worked on a few companies and projects in and around technology:
-
Helped build Mos, an education company, as an early employee and later chief of staff. Worked on product, business operations, recruiting, and a whole host of other things. Learned a lot about company building at the earliest stages.
-
Was a venture fellow at Susa Ventures, focused on seed stage investing.
-
Worked on the data team of a growth-stage fintech company that shut down.
-
Worked on growing software developer ecosystems across Africa with Andela.
-
Studied public and international affairs as an undergraduate at Princeton and conducted research on broadband infrastructure policy.
Outside of investing, I spend my time participating in endurance sports, making music, and pursuing a lifelong quest to explore every country in the world. After years in San Francisco, I'm now based in New York City.
